How to Use Anabolic Steroids Responsibly

This is a post I am tentatively putting up. The product that I am talking about deals with a controversial and illegal subject - anabolic steroid use. After much internal debate, I decided that drug use is a personal choice and I will let others decide for themselves if this is right for them.
The Layman's Guide to Steroids is a book by a self-proclaimed expert on steroids, Mike Hart. Hart has used steroids for years and years and by using them responsibly he has bulked up without any adverse effects to his body. Though I am determined to get in shape for summer I think I will pass on the anabolic steroids. But if you are the curious and strong willed type you are welcome to learn more about what Mike Hart has to say, here.

Get Fit Over 40

Though I am not personally there yet, I do know that getting fit over 40 is much more of a challenge than it is for young bucks like me. So , to give you guys a helping hand I've compiled some info to help you stay in shape even if you are past your physical prime. The measures you take at this age are often more along the lines of monitoring and passive prevention as opposed to the more aggressive workout routines you (should have) once had. Women should consult this WebMD guide on what tests to take in their 50's. Men can consult another gem from WebMD explaining why the key to health is activity. But before you take that advice and leave the computer to go be active, I would read the book Fit over 40 by Jon Benson. He has a comprehensive plan on how the health and fitness part of your life back to where it used to be when you were younger. His book has a money back guarantee, so go over there and see if his plan will work for you.

Benefits of Yoga?

As a fairly masculine man I can hardly see myself sitting down on a mat and getting into awkward contorted positions named after animals but there may be a benefit to all of that. WebMD has an article on the benefits of yoga which lists some compelling benefits of yoga:
"The benefits of yoga include decreased stress and tension, increased strength and balance, increased flexibility, lowered blood pressure and reduced cortisol levels," says Beth Shaw, Founder/President of Yogafit Training Systems, Worldwide, Inc., in Torrance, Calif.
It may be worth it if it will it will help me get in shape for summer.
